Return Policy

General conditions on returns:

Moovstore/seller offers the right to return the products according to the general conditions stated on the seller's website or Moovstre within seven (7) days of receiving the shipment to customers if the product is eligible for return. Eligible products have the right to recover according to the price contained in the offer details. A qualified customer must be notified within three (3) business days if their claim is accepted and recognized, and paid within fourteen working days (14) business days, the reference product will be paid on your credit card or Moovstore wallet if you pay in cash. The recovery and condition of the discarded product is subject to the seller's requirements conforming to those of the Ministry of Commerce of the Kingdom Saudi  (Saudi Ministry of Commerce conditions for returning and recovering products)

Moovstore/seller intends to retain the right to return the product to the customer if the returned product does not meet any of its guidelines or conditions. The customer is not entitled to a refund if the product is not eligible for return. If the product refuses the return request, Moovstore/seller will begin the process of refinancing the retreated goods with 3 working days, if the customer refuses to receive the goods or attempts to deliver the goods to the customer fail, the goods will be for liquidation.


Return duration: 7 days from the date of purchase of the product
Reimbursement mechanism : The duration of reimbursement depends on the payment mechanism (Visa-Master-Da) and often requires 14 working days to be credited to the account from which you paid.

Return Policy:

1-Fashion (clothing):
-Clothing items such as underwear, underwear, swimwear, bras, socks and colon are not allowed to be retrieved.
-Clothing products may be retrieved provided they are not used, worn, washed or destroyed, and all labels and cards are in full condition and are originally packaged.
-Shoes, glasses, watches, bags and luggage must be returned with their original packaging and must contain all cards in perfect condition.

2- Infant products

-Products associated with hygiene, feeding accessories, training, diapers, accessories, shower products and medical treatment products are not allowed to be returned.
-Products for recoverable infants must be returned with tight and unopened original packaging

3- Beauty and Health
Hair products, personal care, vitamins and supplements are not returned.

4- Sport

Refundable products can be returned only if the product is not used and returned with its original packaging

5- Games
- Non-off costume for retrieval - Will not be accepted to recover the toys used, activated or missing parts

6 - Automotive products

-The product must be returned with its original tight and unopened packaging.

-If you already use the product, open the original case of the product or remove the original protection cover, we will refuse to request a refund and we will return the product to you again unless there is a defect in the industry.

-If the product does not work as a result of a defect in the industry, the original case, information booklet and all other accessories should be returned.

7- Household maintenance tools and products

-The product must be returned in its original condition, including all original packaging materials (brochures, accessories, etc.) It will not be accepted to recover any used or damaged product.

8- Books

Recoverable books are only acceptable if they are unused, torn or damaged, and in their original state.

9- Pet Supplies

-Recoverable products can be retrieved if unused and in their original packaging. It must be in the same condition as the customer.

-Perishable goods such as candy and supplements cannot be recovered.

10. Office tools and supplies

-The product must be returned in its original condition, including all original packaging materials (brochures, accessories, etc.) It will not be accepted to recover any used or damaged product.

11. Electronic devices and mobile phones

-The product must be returned with its original tight and unopened packaging. If you use the product, open the original case of the product or remove the original protection cover, we will refuse to request a refund and we will return the product to you again unless there is a defect in the industry.

-If the product does not work as a result of a defect in the industry, the original case, information booklet and all other accessories of the product should be returned.

12. Home and Kitchen

-Large size furniture and household appliances are not allowed to be retrieved.

-It accepts to recover home decor products only if they do not open, are intact from any damage, and in their original packaging.

-It is not acceptable to retrieve products of open bed covers.

-Products that have been used or undergone modification, assembly or installation shall not be accepted unless they are defective.
